Does Sky Replacement Require Disclosure?
Sky replacement is a common enhancement for real estate photography, but it does change elements visible in the image. Under California AB-723:
- Replacing the sky is considered a "digital alteration" as it changes visible elements
- Disclosure is recommended as "Digitally Enhanced" or similar language
