A Disclosure Pack is a shareable proof link for a listing that organizes what changed (if anything), where the original images are, and what disclosure language to use. It is designed to be broker-friendly and easy to audit.

Is this only for California AB-723?

No. California AB-723 is an early example of where listing media rules are going, but disclosure expectations and broker governance are rising everywhere. The workflow (identify edits → keep originals → document disclosures → share a proof link) is useful in any market.

What if my MLS is not supported yet?

You can still create a Disclosure Pack using the web disclosure check (upload photos) and share a proof link with your broker. When your MLS workflow becomes supported, you can switch to in-MLS guided labeling where available.

Do brokers or reviewers need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Disclosure Packs are designed to be shareable. Brokers can review the proof link and record review actions without creating a Coraly account (depending on workflow).

Can I enhance or stage photos here too?

Yes. After disclosure is handled, you can optionally create a Launch Pack to enhance, stage, and generate marketing assets with disclosure-safe defaults - while keeping documentation tied to the same listing workflow.
