Coraly provides tools for real estate professionals to create, manage, and share listing media, including Disclosure Packs for compliance documentation and Launch Packs for marketing materials. We also provide the Global Property Portal Index (GPPI) benchmarking service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Not upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws, including real estate disclosure requirements

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant Coraly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely to provide and improve our Services.

6. Participant Listing and Brand Usage

By registering for or accessing any Coraly product or service (including any free tier), you grant Coraly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your company name and logo on the Coraly website, the GPPI website, product reports, and related marketing materials for the duration of your participation.

7. No Legal Advice

Coraly provides workflow and documentation tools. Our Services do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Always consult with qualified legal counsel regarding compliance matters.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability
