Scores are not for sale
No portal can pay to improve their score or ranking. Commercial relationships do not influence assessments.
Evidence-first approach
All scores and insights are backed by documented evidence sources. We show our work.
Confidence transparency
Every claim includes a confidence label reflecting the quality and completeness of underlying evidence.
Right to respond
Portals can submit corrections or context before and after publication. All responses are reviewed.
Right-to-Respond Workflow
All assessed portals have the right to review and respond to their assessment before publication.
Draft assessment shared
14 days before publicationPortal contacts receive draft scores and evidence summary via secure channel.
Response window
10 business daysPortal team can submit corrections, additional context, or dispute specific claims.
Review and incorporation
Within 5 daysGPPI team reviews submissions, verifies claims, and incorporates valid corrections.
Publication with response
Publication dateFinal assessment published. Portal responses may be included or summarized.
Corrections Policy
We maintain a public corrections log and commit to timely updates when errors are identified.
Correction Categories
Errors that significantly affect a score or ranking. Corrected within 48 hours with prominent notice.
Factual inaccuracies that don't affect scores. Corrected within 7 days with logged update.
Additional context that improves understanding. Added as notes without changing original text.
